BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

The elevator was not functioning but they had it running the next day. Frustrating at first. Gondola Resorts gave us a breakfast voucher.

Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place!

The host is super responsive

We normally stay in Aspen which is 20 minutes away but we prefer Snowmass since it's quiet. Thanks for the recommendation.

The trails around the condo are great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll.

What a beautiful property! Perfect for our family and having teens and kids the hangout area and their rooms was just perfect. Loved the jack and Jill bathroom for them. Great taste in decor. Cant wait to be back!!

Beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly. We loved being able to walk to everything and enjoyed the fitness center and pool.

Perfect setup for families and groups. Location is ideal. Parking can be tough if you have more than one car but once youre there you wont need it. Wed book this place again without hesitation.

Superb location, well stocked/clean condo. Photos are accurate of unit. Parking and ease of access to the mountain and all vail village amenities make this a 10/10! Note - porch is not private, anyone can hang out next to your living room window!

Beautiful Setting

Pleased with the overall cleanliness.

We stayed here off season and love the place. Very clean and a great room. Very nice rooms. Indulged in the 4pm Cookie's and 5pm toast. Played a nice game of pool. Hit the hot tub a couple times and very clean. The gym is great plenty of equipment to use. We loved the steam room in the men's lounge area. Only complaint the kids have Is they need more apps on the TV. Example HBO, Apple etc. Smarter tv. They hit Walmart and picked up a Roku.l so we all good. The front desk and valet staff are great. They hit the room twice a day for refresh. Over all we loved it.

Wonderful property, great for two couples. The kitchen was well supplied (we did not cook there, just used the refrig & coffee maker) very well furnished with a nice balcony and seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. The Ritz amenities are very nice, the gym is amazing. Wished we had stayed longer to enjoy everything they had to offer. The shuttle bus was very convenient as the property is on the far end of Lionshead. Quiet and relaxing!

Enjoyed the spa services with my sister and mom. We really enjoyed the total experience, including the complementary champagne after. Willoughby was wonderful!

Bar, restaurant have good options, and great views.

We love this place. The lobby is very attractive. Everything is really clean, comfortable, and convenient for all activities.

Great location. Common area has very nice renovation and layout. Bedrooms need refreshing and upstairs bedroom needs a proper door. Entry way very small for ski/big/winter lifestyle (no room for boots, ski gear, etc).

This place is SO nice. Perfect location and beautiful property. I would give it 6 stars if that were an option. Incredible trip for the family and a great value.

Old. In general poor distribution in upper bedroom and dining and seating area. Very little storage space per room and a lot of locked closets.
