• Support and provide guidance to a team of analysts

Job Description

This person will be responsible for understanding the business objectives and then developing and organizing the framework for connecting consumers via a digital strategy framework. They will provide a digital vision for Gondola Resorts vacation rental properties, identify opportunities and create roles for each resort location including Aspen, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone & Snowmass Resorts. About the position:
We are looking for a part-time (leading to full-time in 3-months) creative and forward-thinking digital marketer to join our growing team as an SEO Specialist. This is a position that requires a solid understanding of search engine optimization best practices and strategies.

The position will manage the SEO, SEM, social media, content, and comprehensive digital strategies that are aimed at driving qualified traffic, enhancing the user experience, and increasing conversions.. The SEO Specialist plays a key role in crafting search engine optimization strategies for Gondola Resorts in the vacation rental industry. This is a role that requires exceptional critical thinking skills and communication. The SEO Specialist will handle SEO setups for existing business at our six Colorado resorts in Aspen, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Snowmass and Vail.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the President & GM to develop unique SEO strategies based on individual resort needs and business goals

  • Prepare monthly Google Analytics reports to communicate progress and strategy to President

  • Complete SEO setups for properties, resorts, specials/discounts, projects, including 301 redirects, on-page optimization, Google Analytics configuration, and XML sitemap configuration.

  • Comfortable working in Drupal CMS to add new content, optimize content and metadata, and configure modules.

  • Write new website content or help generate content strategies for Gondola Resorts

  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis

  • Conduct SEO audits to uncover places on the site where the company is not following SEO best practices

You will be responsible for fielding a high volume of traveler inquiries and providing our customers with an unparalleled booking experience. You will serve as a persuasive consultant for prospective renters; helping them find the vacation rental that best matches their needs.

The perfect candidate for this position is comfortable with high volume phone sales, is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for stunning customers with great service, and a desire to overachieve individual and team goals. We support travelers 7 days a week and this position requires flexibility. Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm, 7 days a week, and holidays. You will work 3-4 days per week that can vary in start and end time, but it will include a minimum of one weekend day work.


  • Lightning-fast response to a high volume of traveler booking inquiries via phone and email

  • Convert inquiries over the phone by utilizing your sales skills - we love one call closes!

Job Description

Manager is responsible for generating group revenue in across eight lines of business at our resort. Primary responsibilities include solicitation, evaluation and contracting group business in addition to conducting site inspections for potential business opportunities. Ensure proper and timely turnover to ensure for quality service delivery. The position is responsible for achieving revenue and room night goals across the resort. Work with the sales team to maximize the revenue potential of the property by effectively utilizing the meeting space and up selling each business opportunity. Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Solicit, close and contract group business using strong negotiating skills and creative selling techniques.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, Tradeshows, etc

  • Develop relationships within the meetings and conventions community to expand customer base for future group business opportunities

  • Work collaboratively with National Sales Office and Regional team to ensure the property needs are being achieved and the sales efforts are complementary

The Manager, Resort Sales & Business Development at Gondola Resorts, Inc. is responsible for leading the lodging sales & business development of our Aspen/Snowmass division.
