As one of the closest buildings to the River Run Gondola, guests enjoy being mere steps to the action on the slopes, ski school, and Kidtopia!

Black Bear Lodge offer guests wonderful accommodations with the option of a gold or platinum rental (all of which are individually owned and decorated), and a variety of unit sizes that will accommodate most large families and groups of friends. A reservation for this condo listing will be rated GOLD and you will be confirmed in a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 with a queen sofa sleeper. The River Run Village condos are all within walking distance to the Keystone Gondola and Summit Express lift, shopping, ski rentals, and restaurants.

River Run Village is also the main hub for all things Kidtopia, a weekly festival designed just for kids with different fun-filled and kid-friendly activities to be enjoyed!

Great location! Updated unit has many amenities that made our stay perfect. Underground parking, free laundry, very close to gondola, grocery store a few steps outside the building, and fabulous view of skiers coming down the slopes. The beds were comfortable with everything we needed in the fully furnished kitchen. We were here with 3 other families on a ski vacation. All of us stayed at different locations with this unit being the top one. Thanks for sharing your unit.

You absolutely cannot beat the convenience of Black Bear Condos. It was so nice to be able to walk a few steps to get everything we wanted...coffee, breakfast, dinner, snacks, shopping, rentals and the slopes! I loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the activity in the village. Steps from the gondola made everything so easy. There are lockers on the 1st floor for everything and underground parking. I also utilized the laundry room to travel home with clean clothes....would've also packed 1/2 the amount had I known they were there. The first night I was worried about sleep quality since the condo is over shops directly in the village, but with everything closing down by 9pm it really was never an issue. We would definitely stay at Black Bear again for the convenience factor! We love Keystone!

One walk through the middle of River Run Village and it is clear why these are the most popular lodging units at Keystone. With great shopping, dining, nightlife, swimming pools, hot tubs and even a Starbucks just outside the door, these units are in a perfect location for those who want to be in the middle of the action.
