Great stay with Gondola Resorts!

I have never left a review on a property, but this one exceeded my expectations. The condo was clean and the location was unbeatable. The best part, the condo was stocked with all the small things you dont think about, but need. For example, there was laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer detergent, and trash bags. I never had to worry about not having something I needed. We had a great experience!

Gondola Resorts was very helpful in planning our vacation to Vail. They went the extra mile to ensure we had everything needed for a great vacation. Thanks again!

The St. James is a beautiful property with upscale amenities. Our family enjoyed the spacious living room and the hot tub after long days on the mountain.

The Gondola Resorts staff goes out of their way to help with questions and is very familiar with restaurants, shops, etc. Their recommendations were spot on.

Our family travels to a CO or UT ski resort for a week at least once per year. We've stayed in many wonderful condos over the years, but Woodrun V remains our favorite. We stay in the same unit in Phase III. We like this area because we rent a car and can park adjacent to the unit in designated covered spaces. The walk to the slope is maybe 100 yards, and there is locked ski storage adjacent to the condo.

House is awesome, its almost like a tree house. The views were great and the shuttle service was extremely convenient. Tons of space and storage

The Sonnenalp is second to none. We had the best time getting to be in the heart of Vail and having a beautiful condo to unwind in after long ski days. The condo was very clean.

Great location, pool & hot tubs. Convenient to gondola & River Run Village. Awesome condo overall. There is construction going on nearby but it wasn't much of a problem.

Stayed for a week to hit the slopes. Free keystone bus stop feet away at the entrance to shuttle to various slopes and throughout town. Pool house has sauna, hot tub, heated pool, and washer and dryers. We had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and clean with a view. Played board games at night. Had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. House was well stocked with everything we needed and the customer service was excellent. The shuttle was also a great perk and easy to use.

Very comfortable and convenient to slopes which was so important to us. We were able to spend more time on the slopes and get home to the condo for anything that we may have needed quickly!! Comfortable beds and perfect for the 5 of us.

The condo was great - brand new, very clean, met every need- loved that we could take the shuttle directly to the slopes. Enjoyed time in the hot tub as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Really loved this unit. It was great for the kids to be able to play in the pool while we made dinner, and a close walk for the cold nights with a towel. They also enjoyed playing pool in the lobby and the kids play room. Nice view of the mountains, there is construction but it was a minimal distraction from the rest of the beauty.

This vacation home was very spacious, clean and warm. We were a party of 6 and the 4 bedrooms were all very comfortable. The large dining table made meals together very enjoyable followed by plenty of room to play games together. We were able to walk to the village to shop and dine as well as walk to the ski lifts. This property has beautiful views of the slopes from the large window. We will all love to stay here again.

The location is the reason to stay here. Less than 10 min walk down to peak 9, or 5 min walk to the gondola for peak 7/8. Quick walk to restaurants, bars, and stores on main street. The bar downstairs is also excellent, and there are indoor and outdoor hot tubs. While the rooms aren't glamorous, they are comfy and decently appointed. The front desk was super helpful with anything we asked about. We will stay here again for sure!

Best place we've ever stayed, far homier than a hotel. Our one bedroom had two bathrooms with two showers, kitchen, balcony. Free rollaway bed and pullout sofa. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast included was better than expected with salmon, Brie, hot items. Friendly staff and impressed by professionalism and efficiency helping everyone. The ski valets were Friendly and excellent, and skiing was so easy with the lifts right outside. Couldn't ask for more and will be back.

I recently stayed at this property for a ski trip with some friends. The views are absolutely beautiful. The property was clean and organized. It had a very homey feeling to it and a wonderful electric fireplace. We will definietly be back! The drive to Keystone mountain was less than 10 minutes.

We had a wonderful time in Keystone! Very relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace definitely made the nights very cozy! Had some trouble with the remotes for the tv, but called and got them to walk us through it.

Great location with good access to the free bus service. The apartment offered everything that was advertised and more. The heating worked well,plenty of cooking utensils, dishwasher with plenty of washing tablets, etc. The unit is well kept and maintained, with access to the laundry and a ski locker.

This is our second time staying in this condo, we love that it has long hallway and very large entrance with bench and hooks for jackets and generally place to put ski boots and ski related mess far away from the kitchen and the living room. Kids room with large bunk bed was perfect for our family too! The condo has a lot of toys and games for kids, two very comfortable couches and large, well equipped kitchen. Centrally located in the heart of the village. We are coming back next year! Highly recommended!
