It was better than expected when we walked in! We weren't expecting there to be as much room as there was. Upon opening the cabinets in the kitchen we realized there was everything you need including griddle, pots and pans, enough dishes for 8 people, and there was an entire spice rack on the counter!

Management was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Gondola Resorts made sure we were taken care of.

Great skiing! Weather was perfect! Condo was great plenty of room! Sauna, Pool and hot tub was close and enjoyed by the whole family! Management was helpful and always pleasant! Great time !!

Beautiful lodge, beautiful views, amazing amenities such as hot tub right out the back door of the main building where we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and also hot tub and pool right across on the other side of the property. The ski-in benefit was amazing! The 4 o'clock run, right off Peak 8 takes you to the gondola ski back and leads you to the back door of the lodge. It couldn't get any better than that. A few things I wish I knew so I will give details here: IDEAL location. Right out the back door is the underground walkway across the street to get to the gondola and main street where all the shops/restaurants are. The condo is well-appointed: Beds were comfy, (even the sofa bed!) it was nice to have the 2 master suites and a separate bathroom in the hallway for others to use as well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, small appliances, etc. pretty much anything you can think of that you might need. Nice to have washer and dryer in the condo as well, especially with little kids who get dirty, wet/snowy clothes, etc. They provide you with laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and coffee filters so no need to worry about bringing those things.

You absolutely cannot beat the convenience of Black Bear Condos. It was so nice to be able to walk a few steps to get everything we wanted...coffee, breakfast, dinner, snacks, shopping, rentals and the slopes! I loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the activity in the village. Steps from the gondola made everything so easy. There are lockers on the 1st floor for everything and underground parking. I also utilized the laundry room to travel home with clean clothes....would've also packed 1/2 the amount had I known they were there. The first night I was worried about sleep quality since the condo is over shops directly in the village, but with everything closing down by 9pm it really was never an issue. We would definitely stay at Black Bear again for the convenience factor! We love Keystone!

There is a ski shop on the 1st floor that offers rental and free ski storage for guests. Walk up one flight of stairs and you're on the Snowflake Lift. Doesn't get much more ski in/ski out than that. The condo complex is built into the side of the mountain, so not every elevator goes to every floor. Can be a bit confusion so take a few minutes and study the map. Condo was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Has cable TV and DVR which was nice. The heated floors are great if you want to go barefoot. Management was a bit chintzy on toilet paper, but we managed to survive the week on what they provided - it was during COVID, after all. Has three hot tubs and a heated pool. The condo is single story with elevator access so it would be suitable for those who can't climb stairs. Underground parking is also a plus, especially with the below zero temperatures and snowfall we encountered. Only complaint - Card key from the hot tub/pool area was broken the week we were there. We had to prop the door open with a towel or risk getting stuck outside in a swim suit in below zero temperatures. Is it really necessary to have card key entrance from the swim area to the lobby? I just can't see that many non-guests trudging through the snow, jumping the fence into the pool area, then going into the lobby.

This is the perfect condo for skiers/snowboarders. Ski rentals shop is onsite. You walk out the ski shop and Snowflake lift is in front of you. Condo itself is nice and clean and perfect for 6 people. For non-skiers, the spa is also onsite. Having the free shuttle to take us into town was a major plus. We will be back!

Family of six stayed here. It was comfortable with a lot of extras like humidifiers, games, great kitchen equipment. The sofa in the living room appears to be new and different than the picture. The location was convenient and we walked to a lot of places downtown. It was very quiet and the views were good. The underground parking was nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property is great! Right on Main Street with views of the blue river. The walk to the chairlift was easy, even with kids. The condo was very clean and is easily big enough for a family of five. I would stay here again.

Staff was prompt in getting back with us about questions, and they were extremely nice and accommodating about everything. Thank you SO much, again!

Great location central to both skiing and dining/off-hill activities. Maybe a three minute walk to the gondola. Shops & restaurants right outside the building (along with Keystone's ski school, which worked out great for someone with a lesson in our party). Locker to keep ski gear in, and a hot tub with a nice ambiance outside.

Gondola Resorts was great. When we had a small issue with the ski lockers, your staff was so quick to help issuing a maintenance ticket which got it resolved.

This home is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Awesome location next to gondola and chair lifts. It was a quiet property even at spring break!! Loved the free transportation! Everything was absolutely wonderful!

Everything worked as it should. The location is great just steps from all of the River Run restaurants, cafes and shops and a few more steps to the gondola. Overall, a solid value for the reasonable price.

This rental was super clean! Very spacious too. Murphy bed, pull out couch bed and king bed in bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is walking distance to lifts, town and restaurants. Balcony overlooks the pool and hot tubs. We loved staying here and would stay again. Only negatives are, the pool traffic at night can get loud and the mattress on the sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable - but it is a sofa sleeper, so no complaints.

We had a very functional stay at this house. Beds were nice, showers were good and the living room and kitchen were very functional. However, the windows are a bit drafty and made the window shades rock all night long and kept the rooms chilly. But it was a very functional place to stay and we enjoyed our time here.

Everyone we interacted with offered excellent service - positive attitude, knowledgeable, and quick to respond!

My group absolutely loved the thoughtful touches in the unit from the artwork to the humidifiers in each room. We really enjoyed the amenities and services BlueSky offers even with construction. The shuttle is incredibly helpful and the staff are delightful. We are looking forward to planning our next visit!

The reservations team at Gondola Resorts was very knowledgeable and thoughtful from start to finish. The original condo we stayed in previously was booked and they found us an even better ski in ski out vacation rental.

We had a great stay at BlueSky. The condo was clean and up to date with comfortable beds. Perfect for our family. We loved the location right next to the ski lift, the hot tubs, and the game room. We wish we would have known we could rent ski equipment right on-site, we wouldn't have scheduled it to be delivered and paid the extra delivery fee. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great family ski weekend at the Clifton Lodge. We enjoyed the ease of ski in and out and the beauty of the location. After our day skiing we enjoyed sitting in hot tub on deck and watching the end of day skiers on the four o'clock run. All in all a wonderful stay.

The property was beautiful! The views were fantastic from every window and the balcony. The location was outside of the village areas, but the price definitely was much better! The shuttle bus came by often, and if we couldn't make the shuttle schedule work, we would just call the on-demand shuttle to get to River Run. The property was a great place to stay for our family of six. We enjoyed having our own ensuite bathrooms and the size of the unit was excellent. It had that cabin style feel which was great for our trip to the mountains!

We loved our stay at Blue Sky. Ski-in, ski out, equipment locker/room right outside the slopes. The 3 outdoor hot tubs and heated pool was amazing at the end of a long ski day. The apartment was wonderful-cozy, clean, and wonderfully furnished. View of one of the peaks and the Snowflake lift right from the living room! The front desk worker, Quinn, was so incredibly kind, helpful, and make us feel so welcome. We would highly recommend this apartment to a couple or family on a ski vacation.
