What does Apre' ski mean? The French have always enjoyed skiing, but what happens after an enjoyable day on the slopes? In French, apre' ski means, "after skiing", or "after ski". In other words, where's the bar? Most of the time, it means getting together at the closest bar to the slopes with loved ones or your best ski buddies and having a cocktail.
