3 Mountains, 5 Bowls, Acres of Fun.

There is something special for every skier and rider of any level at each mountain. There are more than 3,000 vertical feet and over 3,000 acres of bowls, bumps, glades, steeps and groomers to be experienced.

Dercum Mountain -- peaks at 11,640 feet and offers skiers and riders a variety of green beginner runs and blue intermediate runs with long groomers.

A51 Terrain Park -- one of Transworld Snowboarding`s Top 10 Parks for the second year running.

Night Skiing -- The best night skiing in Colorado is at Keystone. Ride the Gondola to stay warm, and enjoy the amazing scenery while you ski until 9pm.

Tubing at Adventure Point -- You will find the only inside conveyer belt in N. America right here at Keystone Resort. Tube down, and ride up! Enjoy the beginner, intermediate, and expert runs at the tubing park. There`s something for everyone.

Cat Skiing -- Access "The Windows". This is some of the finest tree skiing at Keystone Resort from the top of Dercum Mountain. Bergman, Erikson and Independence Bowls. However, if you wish to experience the ulitmate in skiing visit Keystone`s back bowls. The bowls are best explored by guided cat skiing tours that depart from Cat Ski Central at the top of Dercum Mountain. Call the number below for more information.

North Peak -- tops out at 11,660 feet and offers skiers and riders long bump runs with a variety of blue intermediate and black expert runs.

The Outback -- peaks at 11,980 feet -- The Outback is home to some of the states` best tree skiing and North and South Bowls. Hike to North and South bowl or take the Outback Cat Shuttle.

    A-51 Snowboard Park

    The Keystone A51 Terrain Park has been honored with numerous awards, including #3 Terrain Park in the country by TransWorld Magazine. Famous for its unique features, you can jib and hit jumps all day and never leave the park.

    A51 features its own lift, over 100 features, a super pipe and three jump lines: Park Lane, Main Street and I-70. Freda`s Incubator offers smaller hits and features for the up-and-coming rider or skier.

    Dates and Hours The park crew`s number one goal is getting the park open, early season. Typically, we have as many features, jumps and rails as possible as soon as we open. Last season, Keystone had the biggest park open in the early season. By late December the park should be moved over to it`s home in Pack Saddle Bowl, located on Dercum Mountain and accessed through River Run or Mountain House Base areas.

    Driving Directions from Denver:

    Keystone is located 90 miles west from Denver International Airport (DEN). Travel West on Interstate 70 Exit at the Silverthorne/Dillon exit #205 At the end of the exit ramp turn left (East) at the stop light onto Highway 6 Travel 6.2 miles into Keystone Resort FYI - There are several places to stop along the Interstate 70 corridor for food and gas.

    Keystone`s Nordic Center gives you over nine miles of groomed trails. It also provides access to more than 35 miles of packed winter and summer trails for all types of activities including cross country skiing, hiking, jogging, biking, snowmobiling, and use of ATV`s.

    Keystone Resort Bus & Shuttle Schedule

    Keystone Resort provides free year-round shuttle bus service throughout the sk resort.  In fact, the bus service is considered to be among the most efficient free transportation system in Colorado.  It provides vacationers and residents timely service to ski lifts and the Keystone gondola from all parts of the resort.

    Keep in mind, if your vacation rental home is not in River Run Village or the Mountain House Base area, you will probably need to take the shuttle. Keystone Resort provides convenient areas to take the shuttle.  Some of the bustops have covered sitting areas for protection on those cold nights.

    The operating hours change throughout the year so use the information below for the latest bus schedules.  In the summer, the shuttle is on-demand.  Call (970)496-4200 to have the shuttle pick you up.  They will take you to any location in the resort.  Allow 15 minutes for the driver to arrive.

    All routes are assigned a color.  Refer to the Keystone Resort free in-resort shuttle system route map for the nearest route.
