Breckenridge Mountain Summary

Breckenridge ski resort and historic downtown is located 95 minutes west of Denver, Colorado via Interstate 70. It is the most visited resort in the United States and second in North America. Breck, as some locals call it, is comprised of five mountains or "peaks" that makeup the ski area terrain. Peak ten offers mostly advanced ski terrain and is accessible from the Falcon chairlift. Peak nine is mostly a beginner area with green-rated terrain. Peak eight offers a mix of ski and snowboarding terrain. This region is home to the terrain park and One Ski Hill Place which is a 5-star luxury condominium complex with ski-in and ski-out access to the slopes. Peak seven gives access to some upper bowls and is home to Crystal Peak Lodge and The Grand Lodge. Both condominiums are serviced by the Breckenridge gondola.
